Ally began dancing at age 4 at DanceVibe studio in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and grew up training in jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip hop. She also competed at NDA and UDA nationals for several years throughout high school. She then attended Penn State University, majoring in International Politics and Security and Risk Analysis. At Penn State, she was also a member of and choreographer for a student-run hip hop dance team. After college, she moved to Washington, D.C. to pursue a career as an intelligence analyst. In 2021 and 2022, Ally was selected to be a member of the NFL Washington Commanders Dance Team, during which time she worked with industry hip hop choreographers including Dtrix, Greg Chapkis, Phil Wright, Anthony Kin, and Michelle Vaughn. Ally moved to Philadelphia in early 2023, and started her own nutrition coaching business, Eating With Al, working exclusively with dancers to help them feel and dance their best. She has choreographed not only at JU, but also for several high school dance teams and semi-pro sports dance teams.
