Ballet Class

What is ballet? A classical form of dance focusing on proper body alignment and fluid movement. Barre, center floor, and across the floor progressions are all used to develop proper ballet technique. Ballet is the foundation upon which most dance forms are based.

Benefits: Grace, poise, discipline, strength, flexibility

Attire: Black leotard and pink tights. Split sole pink ballet slippers.

13 & up 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM Wednesday
