Kali Malench

Kali began her dance training at the age of 3 at the Arts of the Dance Centre’ in Vineland, New Jersey. She is a lifelong student of ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, hula, acrobatics, modern, and more. While a student, she participated in the performance group “Perform Dance”, a group that performed in the community and in competition. As a teenager, she served as dance captain in her high school musical Damn Yankees and then began teaching at the Arts of the Dance Centre’ at the age of 17. She transferred her performing experience by stepping into an assistant director role for children’s productions at the Landis Theater and teaching local workshops. Kali continues her dance education by attending Dance Masters of America’s Teachers Training Program and traveling to study with nationally recognized teachers in New York and Philadelphia. She is excited to bring her love of rhythm and movement to Jazz Unlimited!
