Gina began her early training with Forest Gehret at the Harrisburg Dance Conservatory. She attended the Capital Area School for the Arts while additionally training with Atlanta Ballet, American Academy of Ballet and Pennsylvania Regional Ballet. She continued her studies at the Boston Conservatory and received her BFA at Wright State University in 2009, while dancing professionally with the Dayton Contemporary Dance Second Company. While completing her degree she worked with Murray Lewis, Diane Arvanites-Noya, Shonna Hickman-Matlock, Kevin Ward and Jon Rodriguez, among others. Other professional performing credits include the Brown Dance Project, Luna Negra Dance Theatre, Western Ballet Theatre of Puerto Rico, BalletFleming, Nora Gibson Contemporary Ballet and Sanbrooka Productions. She has also been a guest artist with Ballet Contempora, in the Dominican Republic and is a returning guest professional at the Nutcracker of Middle Georgia, Inc. As a freelance artist in the Philadelphia area, she has been able to work with many choreographers on project-based work and continues to build her own freelance community connections. Her choreography has been presented at the Northeast Regional Dance America Festival as well as in Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.
