Colleen began her dance training at Jazz Unlimited at the age of three and became a member of the Dance Ensemble by age nine. For nine years, Colleen traveled with the Ensemble, performing and competing all over the U.S. After graduating from Rowan University in 2003 with a B.A. in Elementary Education and a coordinate degree in Theater and Dance, Colleen is happy to be back “home” at Jazz Unlimited for her 20th year. In college, she was a member of Rowan’s Contemporary Dance Company and Dance Team. Aside from Colleen’s passion for dance, she also has a passion for education. Colleen has been a preschool teacher for 19 years in the Gloucester City school district. She is also excited to be the dance coach for the Marlton’s Sports Unity Program for the 3rd year. Colleen loves having this opportunity to share her love of dance with children of all ages and abilities at Jazz Unlimited. Colleen would like to thank her husband Tom, and her family for all of their continuous love and support throughout the years. Colleen has three amazing children, Anthony, Alyssa, and Abigail, who also love to dance at JU.
